If we could give more than 5 * we would! We saw Rachel this time but everyone in the Lowestoft shop is always helpful, friendly and professional. Rachel went above and beyond, looking for that special holiday for us. She was so patient - taking account of all our wishes - until she found us a perfect holiday, which we booked there and then.
We cannot fault the service we always receive at Hays Lowestoft.
