Claire looked after us so well. Claires knowledge and expertise was just fantastic I could not recommend her enough. 10/10.

I visited Hays for some foreign currency for this years holiday and Claire point out that was some good offers for next year .
After a short time sorting through dates times etc we had picked a holiday for 27 a considerable saving

As usual Rachel did a good job handling what we required answered all our questions went through it very quickly and efficiently.

We always ask for Paula at the Lowestoft branch, she is knowledgeable and talks us through every step of the way on each holiday.
Nothing is too much trouble which puts us at ease throughout the booking process.

For the last few years I have booked with Hays Lowestoft.
I can only speak about my experiences at Lowestoft, but when I booked yesterday they were, as always ,first class.
Saw Claire this time, she was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly what more can you want, a real credit to the business. They came in very close to the Internet price and took out the stress of booking on line, with the added knowledge that you have someone to speak to if the need arises. Michelle and the other staff are all also very good. I will aways use them if possible and would not hesitate in recommending them. Give then a try I'm sure you will not be disappointed

I spoke with Lauren at the Lowestoft Branch. She was lovely, very helpful, and allowed me to take my time, I wasn't rushed into making decisions. She explained options and choices.

I recently booked 2 holidays in store with Michelle and Lauren and service as always was spot on. Always so smiley and happy and nothing is too much trouble for then to sort.
