Easy booking, friendly staff, we live quite far from lymington and we’re greatful we could book over the phone. Karen was brilliant. She was very helpful and patient too as we were making up our minds what we should do or where we would go. We didn’t feel pressurised to hurry our decision and even sorted us out some discount which was very helpful. We chose our favourite hotel in Ibiza in the end but I have told Karen we would be back again later in the year to choose a second destination with her. Thanks Hays!

Just a few tweeks - adjusting the length of stay at certain locations and the flight upgrade - and there you have it my ideal itinerary.
