Chris dealt with our travel needs very efficiently and was friendly and helpful throughout. Hays is the travel company we always deal with as they provide a good service.

Most staff well informed. Hays are the best of the limited number of Travel agents available locally. This is not damning with faint praise, and overall they did what we asked, and I felt comfortable and confident with the holiday booked.

I have always used Hays to book my holidays. This time Catherine booked for a holiday in Oman. She was brilliant and quickly got all the information and then provided my documentation.

We were not kept waiting and were welcomed into the shop. Laura Young listened carefully to our requirements and was positive, enthusiastic, determined and knowledgeable. She went to a lot of trouble to obtain the holiday we had selected whilst multi tasking on the telephone with the tour operator and on the computer. We left within an hour with a holiday booked and paid for. Thankyou.

After originally booking a 3 day holiday to Jersey, on reflection it became apparent that the’mark up’ being charged by Premier Holidays/Hays was incredibly high and when I asked for a budgetary breakdown to the total value charged was told that this was not possible.All of which shows a lack of transparency and trying to hide the extortionate on costs being charged; and as a result despite paying a deposit have had to cancel our holiday booking.
