Hays Travel - Lymington Reviews 

After originally booking a 3 day holiday to Jersey, on reflection it became apparent that the’mark up’ being charged by Premier Holidays/Hays was incredibly high and when I asked for a budgetary breakdown to the total value charged was told that this was not possible.All of which shows a lack of transparency and trying to hide the extortionate on costs being charged; and as a result despite paying a deposit have had to cancel our holiday booking.

Liam gave us sound advice about the holiday we were interested in. He was friendly, professional and wasn't frightened to ask more experienced staff for advice.

We have used Hays Lymington for many years, we find the staff very polite and helpful, nothing is to much trouble and they are happy to answer any questions or queries however big or small and always with a smile.

The help & advice we were given was fabulous, nothing was too much & the time Liam gave us was very helpful. In fact we actually booked a holiday through Hays Travel at a destination we were shown. The two other lady reps in the office were also very helpful & friendly. Will definitely go back there again.

We were nervous about booking a cruise online as we're new to cruising. We'd looked at a few cruises but found it complicated becauseof all the options available. We found Liam to be very helpful and he suggested adding three days in a hotel at the end of the cruise which actually worked out cheaper than the cruise only choice.
