Went to Hays Travel Agent,Mapperley ,Nottingham on 5th August 2026 to book a Saga Douro cruise for October 2027. Was greeted by charming and smiling Julie who organised all the travel arrangements with aplomb. It is indeed very nice to know that you have expertise advice and you feel very confident over the whole process. This is another booking completed implacably with Hays Travel. The staff are first class.
The staff are first class.
I am not an experienced traveler and they go out of their way to help , but so natural. They know what they are doing and instil confidence and sure they go above and beyond to help.
Cannot Praise them enough. Barbara was the Lead today and really took the time with me. Julie shared her experiences and also Joanne is lovely from past holidays booked.
You should be very proud of them. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.
