Respectful, understanding and very patient.
Erin was friendly but professional, listened to what we wanted, was courteous and delivered on everything she said she would do. Made assisted travel arrangements a lot less stressful.

A Brilliant Experience
I visited the Mapperley branch yesterday with my partner and we ended up booking our holiday. The branch was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine, who said that they've booked holidays with them time and time again and it was always a great experience. They did not disappoint! I spoke to Barbara Jackson and she couldn't have been more helpful, as well as being kind and professional throughout. I will definitely be booking future holidays with them again. A brilliant experience all in all, thank you Hays Mapperley!

I used Hays Travel in Mapperley Nottingham. The staff were extremely helpful, and the manager sorted out our Holiday… dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s. Nothing was left to chance she gave us good advice, and time to decide. I found staff polite and professional through it all. I will definitely use this company again.
