A lovely friendly team who work hard to ensure I get my dream holiday experience.
Hays Travel on Cleveland Retail Park is where i am made very welcome by the team, Lauren booked my holiday this time and I was well looked after, given plenty of options to ensure i had the best holiday to Thailand booked. Everything i asked for and enquired about this trip was dealt with quickly and efficiently as always. They even remembered my recent trip to New York and Toronto and asked how it went.
