Booking my Mediterrean cruise. with the…
I booked a Mediterrean cruise with the Cunard line at my local Hays Travel in New Milton. Amelia Coombs was the customer advisor who completed the booking for me. She patiently looked at various cabin options for me ,across several decks and price points. She also doubled checked with colleagues to ensure all my questions were answered fully and correctly. When you are committing to a very expensive holiday , it is reassuring to be able to count on the expertise and support of your local travel agent and their team .

Good service but I am disappointed that Hays Travel cannot use Ryanair as part of a package holiday. I live in New Milton and many travellers in that area expect to use Bournemouth Airport as part of the package deal. I hope Hays Travel will review this decision.
