always receive first class service from the North Point Hays branch as all the colleagues are brilliant. always get the best deals and wouldn't go any other travel agent. Leanne arranged our booking and she is always so friendly and helpful

Helpful staff, managed my expectation, she was not helped by the travel insurance company who cut her off after waiting 10 minutes. Apparently they close early on a Saturday. Will sort Monday so no worries.

I have booked through Hays travel a few times, mainly because of the service I receive it's always first class , I have booked a cruise and was dealt with by Ann who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the whole process enjoyable.

Absolutely love booking our holidays with the girls at North point ! Usually we go in to book, but was such a hot day, so we rang instead. Really love that Sarah and Elise always remember our names and ask how we are doing. It's like talking to a friend. Service from Elise yesterday was 110% as usual! The girls always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. Booking is always stress free and chilled. Wouldn't book with anyone else. Keep up the excellent work girls ! The travel consultant that dealt with us was Ann and she was very knowledgeable on Tenerife, the hotels and the area, she was very patient and found exactly what we wanted in a holiday. Great service! Would definitely book with Hays/Ann again!
