Absolutely love booking our holidays with the girls at North point ! Usually we go in to book, but was such a hot day, so we rang instead. Really love that Sarah and Elise always remember our names and ask how we are doing. It's like talking to a friend. Service from Elise yesterday was 110% as usual! The girls always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. Booking is always stress free and chilled. Wouldn't book with anyone else. Keep up the excellent work girls ! Great service from Ann
The travel consultant that dealt with us was Ann and she was very knowledgeable on Tenerife, the hotels and the area, she was very patient and found exactly what we wanted in a holiday. Great service! Would definitely book with Hays/Ann again!

Hays travel at North point shopping centre Bransholme, are always friendly and helpful .
We went in to pay money off a holiday and also booked another holiday.
Hays offer price match , we feel that going into Hays makes booking holidays stressfree.
