As always booking our holiday at Hays Travel in Northallerton was a very positive experience. We were dealt with in a very professional, courteous and efficient manner. Our holiday was fairly straightforward and was dealt with quite quickly. Nichola then went above and beyond to book the same holiday for my daughter and son in law, trying many possibilities in order to get what we wanted. I was very impressed with nit only her knowledge but with her patience. These are the reasons we use Hays Travel in Northallerton to book all our holidays.

Normally I see Elisha But missed her as she was on Holiday - I saw a lady called Nicola Who was from Ripon Covering Northallerton Everything once again was so easy I know I get thr same type Holiday everytime But Nicola gave 100% Plus I spoke to the other ladies I was offered a drink And Grace offered me biscuits x So yes all credit to the Staff at Northallerton They all deserve 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

A good meeting to plan the travel for a family funeral in Germany. The agent Steph spent time explaining the options and then processed our requirements.
The only downside was the fact 5gat the payment system was down and I had to pay by credit card not BACS.
