This is the second booking through Hays, in all honesty I would not go anywhere else.
Staff are polite, aproachable, knowledgeable and friendly.
My special requests were noted and passed on. Knowing everything is taken care of is brilliant.

Aiden was so helpful, knowledgable and patient while we navigated our way around different cruise options.

He understood what we wanted as older travellers and worked really hard to meet our needs.

He gave us different companies allowing us to choose within our price range and discussed our insurance needs

I have this time met Hannah, as Kathy was on holiday. I needed help with booking a flight from London Stansted to Milan and this time with Ryanair. Hannah helped me from the beginning to organise an app for Ryanair and find a flight ticket.I would not have been capable to do myself.
She advised me to book hotel rooms before my trip to Milan and after my holiday the night before going home to Norwich by train in the morning after having a relaxing night at hotel.
I felt lucky to have met Hannah such a friendly and capable person ,fully supportive !
