From the second we walked in on the monday morning we were greeted with a smile and how can we help.....
with a maximum budget, a few must haves in the room/apartment for a last minute 4 nights away, we walked out to fly from glasgow the next afternoon for Lanzarote. The staff member who dealt with us, was very helpful and knew exactly what we required in a quiet location. Was knowledgeable about the Island which we had never been to. Offered travel insurance but chose to source it myself as I thought Hays Travel was expensive at £38. Got our Euros immediately from the travel exchange and that staff member was also very helpful and as we booked our trip with Hays we got discount on the Euros. Also got a Hays money travel bank card at the same time, which was usable instantly once activated instore. You use it like a debit card in the country you travel to and load it with the currency and it doesnt cost to use it. It is not linked to your actual bank account, but you can transfer from bank to card. We would highly recommend Hays Travel in Perth. We will not hesitate to return and book future holidays with them.

Our travel adviser had already researched the holiday destination we had chosen and sent us all the necessary information. She had looked at availability, flight times, discounts and price to give us the best deal. She knew what we liked and expected from our holiday and the financial limits we had. This meant that, when we visited, we knew what questions we needed answered and whether we were likely to proceed with a booking.
