Friendly and efficient service
Both people we dealt with on consecutive days were very helpful and pleasant. On our second visit to make the actual booking they price matched with the online price we had found. It was really good to have a real life person explaining the booking process and answering our various queries, especially as we haven't been abroad for several years. Great staff, friendly efficient service.

It was our first time booking with Hays travel. Your company came highly recommended by our friends and family. We met Alison, she was absolutely amazing asked dates,places and showed us exactly what we had asked for . The overall experience was fantastic. We actually go in 4 weeks and so looking forward to experience our next adventure.
