We were impressed by the professionalism of the staff and in a friendly manner to the customer.

My agent was Connor in the poole office he was very helpful and polite. He helped me find the best deal and price. He should have a gold star for all his work.

Fiona our agent was very helpful and pleasant, despite there being a very a rude customer in the place at the time all the staff handled it well and were apologetic for his behaviour even though it was not there fault, all in all a great service as usual 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steve took lots of time to ensure we had the best holiday and cabins for us.

Tom the deputy manager was excellent. he helped us with our booking, explained everything and we were not rushed. can't recommend him enough if you need help or advice.

I always book my holidays with Julie at Hays Travel in Poole. I wouldn't go anywhere else. On this occasion (and it has happened previously, as well) Julie booked my cruise out of her usual working hours. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she will go out of her way to help.

This was the fourth time we've booked a cruise through Hays Travel in Poole and as usual they were very polite, helpful and efficient. We could've saved a few £ by going to one of the discount cruise websites, but you don't get the personal touch, chance to fully discuss the options etc., so we prefer to pay the little extra to ensure we get what we want.
