I have used the Prenton branch for my last couple of holidays and everything has always gone fabulously. So i called in a few weeks ago to see about australia flights but they weren't out yet. So Tilly a member if the team kept me upto date and i had the phone call when they were in. Kim the manager had all my flights booked with a friendly and professional mannor. As ever, we were greeted with a smile and good morning from the ladies in the shop, being made very welcome and even got a hot drink whilst booking our cruise.
Our booking was dealt with in a professional manner , everything was explained in detail and booking went smoothly, well done to all.
