Initially walked in with an idea of going on a cruise, this was explored with lots of options and ideas from the travel assistant but also no pressure to buy a holiday. However based on the professionalism and knowledge and time spent with us giving ideas and explaining the different cruise locations, different accommodation and details of different cruise ships we decided to book a cruise. We went to your branch in Prestatyn we was looking at the hotel Verde but it was full, then travel assistant then looked at other places and found a nice place still in turkey and it was cheaper .
