Looked for the best deal and what we wanted
Joanne looked at different areas and found us a great deal for the 3 of us. Great area just what we want, we had no clue where we wanted to go and joanne knows us as we us her all the time so she knows what we like she went above and beyond as always

Initially walked in with an idea of going on a cruise, this was explored with lots of options and ideas from the travel assistant but also no pressure to buy a holiday. However based on the professionalism and knowledge and time spent with us giving ideas and explaining the different cruise locations, different accommodation and details of different cruise ships we decided to book a cruise. Thank you Jo. Looking forward to the cruise and will be back to tell you how it went. Thanks for all the info re Hayes travel card, travel money and how that can help when purchasing abroad.

Turkey again 😊
We went to your branch in Prestatyn we was looking at the hotel Verde but it was full, then travel assistant then looked at other places and found a nice place still in turkey and it was cheaper .
