I use Hays Travel in Romford for all my holiday bookings. The staff are always very polite, helpful and knowledgeable . They are all so friendly and approachable

We went to Hays travel to book a cruise for 4 people and book with Christine she was very helpful and spent two hours with her tailoring our hoilday i would recommend hays travel and Christine at the romford branch.

Having visited the shop 3 or 4 times and finally booking a cruise in Japan, I found the agents to be extremely helpful trying to find exactly what I wanted without rushing me to make a decision and explaining everything about the trip

Our travel agent was amazing. She had everything sorted very professionally. Her service got all the add on parts we wanted. While all done fairly easily, everything was explained and shown to us. Options given where appropriate.

Excellent customer service as usual my holiday was arranged perfectly with all the details explained and what optional extras are available and everything double checked and printed for me all at a great price ! you could save a pound or two on-line but try sorting a problem with a chat bot 🤖! use Hays these people know what they’re doing
