Rachel from the Sandbach Hays branch was very helpful. We saw a great deal advertised in the window and asked for all the details. When I returned some 24 hours later it had gone. Rachel then spent 20 minutes searching to find the equivalent deal at the same hotel and came up trumps. Super service with a great smile.
