The whole experience was faultless
The whole experience was faultless. Jeanette was very friendly and helpful. I personally like the idea of being able to see and discuss with the travel agent. The payment was easy and the experience of the agent shone through. Would recommend and use Hays travel again.

The staff were very friendly
