Very helpful and knowledgeable staff made the booking our holiday very easy from initial holiday selection and deposit payment to full account settlement via on-line payment linkages.

The member of staff who dealt with our holiday booking was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Seen straight away by a lovely young lady named Sophie who is an apprentice at the Stourbridge store. Polite, helpful and attentive to detail. Checked details with senior agents and even reassured us that the details were correct when called back later to check.

We have booked all of our holidays abroad, with Beth for many years, she always manages to find exactly what we are looking for and nothing is too much trouble.
