Very friendly and helpful staff. so relaxing when booking a holiday with them and no stress about making a mistake doing it by yourself.

The lady was very knowledgeable and patient and understood everything we needed and got gave us all the information we would need for when we got there we got a great deal and we booked such an exciting trip

The experience was great Lisa in the Swindon Wiltshire shop was brilliant. She listened to everything we wanted from our trip and then proceeded to help us with all our requirements explaining and showing us everything every step of the way. We have used Hays Travel for all our overseas travel and they have always exceeded our expectations every time. Staff in the shop are all friendly and helpful and making the booking process so easy. Well done Hays Travel on being such a success in the travel industry.

All our queries were answered and our advisor Emma was very helpful.

All relevant information given, questions answered. Our advisor was especially patient as we were quite indecisive at times. In the end we made the correct choice. You learn so much more by going in shop rather than on line.

customer service Emma she was really good and helpful. She’s right a lot of times to call agencies to find the best deal to suit me.

From the minute we sat down Emily was attentive, knowledgeable, and engaged.
We knew our destination, hotel, and airprt preference. So from sitting down to booked holiday took 25 minutes.

My husband and I had been considering a cruise for quite some time.. even visiting other travel agents before popping in to Hays in swindon yesterday. Emma welcomed us immediately and we felt at ease with her, she totally spoke our language and was on our wavelength totally. Without saying to each other my husband and I knew within 5 minutes that we were going to book our cruise that day. Everything was well explained and all of our questions were answered. We left there having booked a fantastic cruise, I was so emotional I shed a few tears. Huge thanks to Emma.
