Hays Travel - Swindon Regent St Reviews 

My husband and I had been considering a cruise for quite some time.. even visiting other travel agents before popping in to Hays in swindon yesterday. Emma welcomed us immediately and we felt at ease with her, she totally spoke our language and was on our wavelength totally. Without saying to each other my husband and I knew within 5 minutes that we were going to book our cruise that day. Everything was well explained and all of our questions were answered. We left there having booked a fantastic cruise, I was so emotional I shed a few tears. Huge thanks to Emma.

We love the Swindon branch! Our 4th holiday booked with them in 4 years. We’ve dealt with Ben a few times who is amazing! But just booked our honeymoon with Emma. Who was so patient with all my questions. Every time we go there they just make you feel so comfortable and so at ease. Nothing is a problem and the entire team are so nice. Even while Emma was sorting out our honeymoon you can sit and just talk and have a laugh and it’s just such a lovely environment, I could have stayed there all day and chatted! Thank you for everything guys!

Had a fantastic time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly a lady called jazz. She managed to find us the perfect holiday good no stress had a great experience very thankful to the company and the staff very thankful to jazz the lady who works there. Give us a great experience. Definitely going back again.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, when booking our holiday nothing is to much trouble, earlier this year we booked with another company it was not the same as Hays travel.

We always book our holidays at Hays and this branch in particular, it’s such a friendly atmosphere when you go in and we always deal with Emma who does everything for us, we can’t rate her highly enough, while online booking may be cheaper you just can’t beat the personal touch.

We've been using Hays Travel a few years now. We will always wait to see Ben even when there's other advisors. This time we waited an hour. Ben is always friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. As we were leaving we noticed another lady had been waiting maybe 45 minutes just to book with Ben. We apologised for taking so long, she smiled and said she was happy to wait Ben.

Jasmin was very helpful she sorted out our insurance for us and the computer portal went down after my partner had answered all his questions.So she rang the insurance company and I answered my question over the the phone. It makes it so much easier for us as we are not very computer literate.So thank you very much Jasmine.

We went in to book our honeymoon and Lisa was fantastic, got us exactly what we wanted, was down to earth and made the experience easy and fun!
