Quick friendly service. Very responsive face to face with quote . Call back on phone to confirm booking was prompt. Looking forward to an equally good service when the charter flight leaves for the cruise next year.

We booked two holidays
We booked two holidays, one a quick winter sun break, the other a significant anniversary. The travel agent understood our needs and created what appear to be two very appropriate holidays.

Not too happy being told on booking p and o don't honour blue light card.
I know they do by allowing more cabin spend as I have done this on previous cruises.
