Book all our cruises with Hays, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just pre-booked our 2028 cruise with Rachel, Rachel has booked a few of our cruises and checked us in before boarding. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
