Just booked a cruise with the Leeds White rose branch , the staff member that booked our cruise was loved,very informative, the booking service was simple and very well explained. I've previously used Hays travel to book a cruise and would use them again . Perhaps the one frustrating things nowadays is how we are inundated with emails to review the process , staff , service , price , ease of booking etc etc , when it was 24hrs since I booked the holiday and the true reflection of the service surely would be measured if or when I needed help during or after the holiday if I had any complaints, not the following day !!!!!!!!

Luke was great booking my flights to go to Brisbane in September to see my family. He found me the best flight times / the shortest and good prices to with Emerates.
He also sorted Special Assistance for me throughout my flights both to and from Brisbane.
He was very knowledgeable about flights to Australia. I’m always pleased with the service from all the staff at Hays White Rose. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my holidays.
