Nominated HAYs when booking on ship
Booked this cruise while onboard the Azura with P&O and Nominated Hays who we used for the cruise we were on. Its good to have the back up of a good travel agents as they are often more responsive than P&O ands it good to be able to pop in and discuss any queries or concerns. Done the same again this year

The representative who dealt with us, LYNN was very helpful, we had specific needs and a strict budget as this was our second holiday booked for this year and money is tight at the moment.
