The advisor Kelly was very helpful in her recommendations and knowledge which enabled me to choose my trip.With this in mind I visited the shop again for Kelly to inquire about about flights to and around Australia.. She came up trumps again . Certainly would use Hayes should the need arise..

Kelly booked our holiday to Malta in September, I rang spoke to her, told her what we were looking for, sorted the following day .
I went in to the branch while’s in town last week , asked to speak to her , told Kelly what we were looking for , she rang following morning , 3 options .
Kelly gave us time to look at the hotels then booked it for us .
