Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere ! We have booked our cruises through Hays Travel Yate for many years now and never fail to be warmly welcomed. Catalina served us. She was a breath of fresh air! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she had a friendly smiley 😃 face the whole time, she definitely deserves a brilliant mention! We loved her! The whole booking process was fantastic & we will definitely look for her again next time!
