I came in to book a cruise with a friend. And we where
assisted by a very helpful young girl Sophie. Who found us what we wanted. And explained and went through all the details to make sure it was what we wanted. And as we are both in our eighties, it was so nice to be spoken to in such a kind and friendly manner.

Lady was very helpful, especially as we were a bit vague. Very grateful she pointed out a sewage problem before we booked, which actually made us book a different destination. She couldn’t have been more helpful.
