Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, Staff in store very helpful, but thats about it, Me and my 4 year old were told the DVD would take 2-3 days to deliver to store, over a week later not heard anything from yourselves, Have tried to contact store, was on hold for 10 mins and cut off, On a Saturday or week day I'd understand but on a Sunday morning??? Tried to call your booking service, same again. This DVD was for my son to watch before the end of the summer holidays it is his favourite and is really upset. Can someone PLEASE contact me about when the film will be ready to collect please.

Blu-Ray Online Order
Got my blu-ray as ordered, everyone in store when I collect was friendly and helpful as ever but my only gripe is I never had a conformation email for when my item arrived in store. I was told it was despatched but not when it was delivered. I had to chase this up myself after over a week of waiting for conformation. And the email correspondence I got from that email took well over 24 hours to come back.
