Original packaging
Fast delivery to the store for click and collect and the 4k blu rays I ordered are still in there original packaging which is how they should be but if you buy them off the self in store they are more often than not already opened and the discs are kept behind the counter

CD arrived within 48 hours and the communication was good throughout the process. My only gripe is that when I visited the store a week previous to this the item was not on their system but yet I could order it online?

Ordering and picking up a DVD
It was very easy to order the DVD, and I received emails telling me about the status of my order. Picking up from the shop was easy too and the young man who served me was very polite and professional. All in all a everything was perfect thankyou. 😊

Record came on time and very well packaged.
I ordered on line because the local store (Hull) didn't have a copy of the record and this seems to be a regular thing. I prefer to shop at the store so it would be better if more records were sent when a big seller is released.

The box is damaged!
The box is broken, which I'm disappointed as I realised in the shop I would have refused. I also asked for advice in the product and the staff didn't seem to either know or couldn't /didn't want to help me with the knowledge of my product. Definitely won't be buying from HMV again which is disappointing
