Easy , friendly, helpful
Walked in , asked where the cd is wanted was (lazy bugger -me) , was taken directly to it . Paid , entered e mail address on screen . Mission complete . Very nice friendly, knowledgeable sales person.
Much prefer going into store and talking to a PERSON , not on line with an AI Bot.

Always spot on
I regularly order my CDs on click and collect from HMV and to date I've had no problems. I collect from my local store where the staff are really helpful. The packaging is minimal and totally recyclable. Excellent quality products and good prices. I managed to bag a couple of offers this time on titles I have been looking out for.
