masters of delaying tactics

My wife went on a PO cruise where due to bad weather they could not make one port. PO gave everybody a passengers confirmation letter to make a claim. My wife has repeatably claimed only to keep being asked to send confirmation which she has done each time, she has twice been given dates when her claim would be settled each time she has had an apology but had to resend the info again. 4 other ladies in the cruise were paid within 14 days , the cruise was in August it's now 21st sept! This company obviously delays claims as long as possible and I advise any body to avoid using them!

They dont pay bills and you get legal action against you. Nightmare

I am still waiting for the bills to be paid nearly 12 months after my wife's accident and now we are being threatened with legal action. It has been a nightmare.

Happy cruise holidays

Good morning
We already have the annual coverage but it did not cover our cruise trip. Spoke to a wonder young man name Bobby Patel, who helped us 100% to get the cove done with five mins. Very helpful and pleasant and understanding with patience . We are so happy now we can go on holidays with nothing to worry about . Thank you so much Bobby Patel

Avoid..

Avoid... Avoid ...Avoid 21st august 2024 .....
we have had to cancel our holiday at short notice as emergency road works taking place outside our hotel in Benidorm ..in early sept 24 ....i have sent 2 e.mails plus phone call to unhelpful man tat Holiday risk 1 when we bought the policy to ask if they could send a copy of policy as we did not have a printer and 1 to explain why we had to cancel late .......even with a cover letter sent straight from our travel agent direct ..... explaining the reason for cancellation

but we have had no reply what so ever we have resigned our self to the fact we have lost our money
but will never use them again as we were just a number

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I did have an issue with unreturned phone calls initially, but when I did get a call from Sam, who was first class, he apologised and explained that they were experiencing difficulties with a new telephone system.
These things happen, and all is good now.

Not rushed.

Had spent hours researching the best travel insurance for myself , read the reviews on holiday risk which were all positive, rang to speak to somebody to clarify a medical issue , luckily for me Bobby answered and gave me the advice I needed, he was a perfect gentleman didn’t rush me and I was abe to to happily select my policy,

Excellent Customer Service!

Having used Holidayrisk before we had no hesitation in using them again. Unfortunately, after purchasing a policy just this week we then had to cancel it due to health issues. The policy was cancelled under the 14 day cooling off period and today I have been refunded for the full premium. Holidayrisk have very competitive rates and their personnel are second to none, especially Bobby who dealt with us. I would highly recommend!

Overcharged

Purchased policy through money supermarket quoted 46 pound 92 pound been taken out of bank account hoping it’s a mistake as company has good reviews

Highly recommend Holiday Risk

I would highly recommend Holiday Risk over the big name brands for comprehensive travel insurance packages, especially for pre-existing conditions.

I was guided to a competitively priced package that was costing up to 3 times more elsewhere in the market. The customer service provided by the team members was exemplary and their follow up responsive and efficient.

For most travelers, Holiday Risk will find a well-rounded insurance solution with good value for money. Make sure to review policy details carefully and compare with other providers to ensure the coverage meets your specific needs.
