Just purchased holiday insurance with them I wasn't sure about a couple of health questions if I had submitted them correctly, lovely gentleman on phone sorted it out for me in a lovely manner

It was easy to apply and set up the insurance. I haven't had to make a claim yet, but no complaints so far.

Quite impressed so far. A competitive premium that gives regard to my age and health.
I had a brief query that was dealt with quickly too.
Hopefully I will never need to make any claims - fingers crossed!

Disappointing experience with this company. I had to reschedule my flight due to a bereavement, and despite having paid £140.00 for insurance, they insisted on charging me an additional £240+ to change the dates. Despite my explanation, there was a lack of empathy or understanding. After some back and forth, they mentioned the possibility of cancelling the policy. When I requested cancellation, I was told they would write to the underwriters "to see if the policy can be cancelled".

I received an email 24 hrs later stating that the policy was cancelled and a refund would be made in line "with the attached Terms of Business and Policy Wording Document", neither of which were actually attached.

To add insult to injury, only a partial refund was issued some time later.

Overall, the lack of compassion and transparency makes me unable to recommend this company.

Spent a long time speaking to (at!) Bobby this afternoon about the ins and outs of an undiagnosed condition, (which we hope will be sorted before travelling), and the potential effects on our family's insurance cover.

He was really patient and helped me realise that we can wait to take out the insurance until after diagnosis, as we have only paid a small holiday deposit and would get this back anyway if the worst came to the worst in the next 3 months!

I will be back when we are in a position to take out the right cover. Thank you Bobby.

I bought a family travel insurance but didn't realise that the flight landed on the following day in the early hours of the morning. My first instinct was to leave it as I have never had any issues before but a little voice in my head said 'you never know.' I decided to call Holidayrisk to check whether adding another day would be an issue. I spoke to a lovely person called Sam who was extremely helpful and changed the details, at no extra cost, in less than 5 minutes. It was a weight off my mind and the call was answered very quickly. Impressed much? Yes!

I phoned Holidayrisk as I wanted to request paper copies of my new insurance papers, spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful. Such a difference from my previous insurance company!

Requested a hard copy of my insurance details as my printer had broken down. Very pleasant gentleman dealt with it and said I would receive it within 5 days. It was here on the fourth day.

Rang to query an aspect of the policy I bought on line, query resolved by very polite rep so ahppy with good service.

Prompt reply to my call, confident and helpful gent answered my question without a problem. It was a clear and straightforward site to arrange the insurance yesterday and all the relevant paperwork arrived quickly. I am confident I have a good level of travel cover with a reputable company
