Ben was very helpful and efficient. It’s the first time I’ve had to deal with electrics and things like that, and he was very patient in explaining the different options and what would be best, not just for this particular situation but also looking ahead to the future and considering the wider impact on the world. He made sure I understood all of my options and never made me feel overwhelmed with information. He kept the conversation lighthearted and easy to follow, while still making sure I understood exactly what was being discussed
