Yeah same here. Processing time on Australian website says 1-2 business days (but mostly 24 hours). It was 9-10 business days of processing before it was supposedly sent on the 11th day. They say they posted it last Wed but the tracking number doesn't work with Aus Post!
Under the Consumer Act law, they have to provide you with options and a 50% refund with me paying the shipping is not on. Don't settle for less people. Document all your evidence, print screen the processing times and then dispute your credit card/PayPal transactions. This company is way in over their head. Check out their facebook page. It's happening to people all over the world.

Ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago for my Mums Christmas present- wanted to get her something special. Now been told there will be a delay on the order with no idea when it will arrive. Has anyone else had confirmation of when their Christmas order will come?? Im concerned this is a scam or won’t arrive at all. Absolutely devastated I’ve now got nothing to give her ☹️

Ordered and paid on the 28th of November, money taken from my account for payment and after four emails I have heard nothing, no response or tracking, this business cannot be trusted! As I have heard no reply to four emails or received any reason for this long delay it feels like a scam!

Like most reviews on Here, ordered with plenty of time for delivery (8th Dec) yet still waiting. I have emailed them 3 times with not a single response. Terrible service with zero communication skills.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I never leave reviews however I need to warn other people, I ordered 30th November with a delivery time of 7-12 days. I then get a shipping email on 15th December saying my order had been shipped and will take A FURTHER 7-15 DAYS, when I should have already received my item!?! I emailed them and have asked them to track my order and that I expect it to be here for Christmas and they have replied saying they cannot track my order (despite the fact I have an order number and shipment number) and they cannot guarantee it will be in time for Christmas!!! This is the only thing my husband actually asked for for Christmas and his birthday and I am extremely upset that it is looking highly unlikely I will not get it in time, now I am concerned if it will turn up at all :'( this is the first time I have ordered from here and will certainly be the last and I will certainly not recommend. AVOID.

I placed an order on 13th December using the Express delivery (3-5 business days) by DHL paying £18......to date I have had no shipping details and no replies to my emails despite their website saying they have 24/7 support. Item will not be here for Xmas now, will have 2 disappointed little girls......I'm hoping I can get my money back through PayPal!!!

Item ordered on 30th nov ... not received told me was shipped and would send me tracking details but failed to. stopped replying ing to my emails. luckily used PayPal ..avoid !!

No contact after receiving my oreder reference. Paid £18 for Guaranteed delivery by the 17th December, not arrived, No replies to my emails.
Will be lodging a claim with my Credit Card to recover costs.
This may be a scam.

Update.
Item arrived on December 23rd. Over a week later than guaranteed date. Also, they claim to be Uk, have London stamped all over boxes and packaging, use a Co.Uk website but item was sent from China. They are not what they claim to be.

Very upset that this gift will not arrive before Christmas. I ordered in time paid £18 for delivery. No reply from customer service or from Instagram. Worried they are not a real business I’m going to my bank to report and try and get my money back.

I was soo excited to order this product as I thought it would be the perfect gift for my aunt for Christmas! It looked fantastic online and had good reviews, however I now realise they have favoured good reviews and not truthful. I placed my order 8/12 and have had no update at all on shipment. Similar to reviews below, I have emailed multiple times and I am yet to receive a response despite the website claiming it offers 24/7 support. I am keen to know when this item will be shipped as I have had absolutely no update yet, and it is now very unlikely it will arrive for Christmas! I am extremely disappointed in this as the gift would have really made my aunties Christmas.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Poor customer service. It says 24/7 support. Hardly respond to emails. Have received to email responses saying the Exact same thing. That they will email me with the shipment number once shipped. I ordered this on the 5/12 and it advises that it will take 3-5 days to be shipped. I am currently trying to get a refund as this now won’t arrive for Christmas.

So far lack of communication for an order that is late. I cannot comment on the goods as not received. One email received after asking for an estimated delivery date was a two line reply saying when it gets sent.

Website claims 24/7 customer support. What a load of ...

So order has finally been sent almost a month after ordering. Royal Mail tracking number still doesn't have any tracking 4 days later and email says upto 15 days for delivery. These will be of course business days, so another upto 3 week wait. So upto 7 weeks for what was claimed to be 10 days. The offer to refund delivery was at best laughable since it was free anyway.

Cannot even call it a late Christmas present now as it will arrive well into the New Year.

Given a tracking number yet over a week later Royal Mail have not received the package.

Oh dear. So only half the order turns up and not on the tracking number given. So to comment on the quality of the engraved necklace from a photo, looks nothing like the quality advertised on the website. Due to the depth of the engraving not being deep enough the necklace received looks more like a negative and isn't like the photo sent.

I apologised to the person who I had originally got the necklace for. I'm actually embarrassed that this company is allowed to trade in the UK.

Very happy with my order. I was worried after reading reviews but allowed for the most amount of time which meant it would get here Christmas Eve at the latest. I received it a week and a day ahead of schedule. I’m delighted with the bracelet. It’s dainty and exactly what it looking like on the site. I will order again from them and I think it is something that you need to have organised not decide a week before you need it to purchase.

I ordered two name tree pendants. One for my wife. One for my mum. And they delivered in a reasonable timeframe. And the pendants themselves are beautiful. My only concern is that theres no hallmark anywhere on the pendants. Being in the uk this is something I am used to. But I understand that overseas this is a common practice. Still well worth the money. Would use again.

I've recently purchased a Russian silver ring necklace from Ineffabless. Ineffabless claim on their website that products are made from 100% Stirling Silver however the item feels cheap. I was advised by a jeweler to conduct a magnetic test to determine if the item is genuine Stirling silver and the item easily sticks to a magnet. Please try this yourself if you do purchase one and decide for yourself. I have emailed the company images of this however they are still refusing to refund. All I have been told is to return the item to an address in China so that they can investigate. Email responses take a while and are in broken English, in my experience - from a lady called 'Tina'. Currently talking to UK trading standards about this. Their prices are cheap which should have been the give away. Please don't waste your money with this company. Images have been sent to ineffabless as requested by Trust pilot

Reading reviews I was worried about the product however when it arrived it was beautiful and my friend loved it for her 40th. I would ensure you order well in advance though as it was 2 weeks later than I expected so was late for the event I planned to give it at. Also the necklace is quite small so make sure you go for the biggest size and biggest size rings and writing.

Lovely necklace, had initial problem threading chain but with great return communication rectified straight away so fabulous service.

Beautifully packaged and a great quality, I'm really surprised.
