If there were zero stars ink jungle would deserve them. Ordered a pack of hp ink cartridges. The colour cartridge read empty. Kelly from customer services is extremely rude, called me a liar that it wasn’t possible the cartridge could be empty. After writing a review on eBay she then said to send back the cartridge. I sent it back and was told because I sent only the faulty cartridge back I could only receive 50% refund. To my knowledge colour cartridges are more expensive than b&w. I will NEVER order from these people again and would advise everyone to beware when parting with their hard earned money.

Changes Prices like the wind

I bought my HP 304 black and white cartridges for £55 a year ago, now it's £21!! That's a lot of moeny as I'm on a pension.

I bought two cartridges this time in case the price went very high again and paid £42.
Only one set turned up. I contacted Kelly from customer support. She told me I was a liar. I'm 79 years old and have never been called a liar in my life.

DO NOT USE unless you have money to burn.

Don't use this company! I found them dismissive of my problem, didn't answer another query so gave up. Real sharks!

Do not use this company. Dealing with them is hopeless. I gave up and went and bought another new colour cartridge. My colour ink cartridge stopped working after very little use. On contacting Ink Jungle I was told I must have done excessive printing and emptied the cartridge. I told them that was most definitely not the case and after various emails I was told I could return the cartridge and they would investigate, I asked how long that would take and they could not say. Unfortunately that does not help me being able to print.

THIS COMPANY ARE THE WORST YOU WILL DEAL WITH. EMPTY/LOW INK CARTRIDGES ARE THE NORM, IVE REECEIVED TWO IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, APPARENTLY IT IS YOU OR YOUR PRINTERS FAULT, NOT THERE FAULTY CARTRIDGES, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have used Ink Jungle many times, always helpful, always quick delivery and, even when I have had problems they have been professional in sorting them out. Top marks, will continue to use them.

Cartridge ordered and paid for on Amazon. It never arrived. They said it did. Would not refund!!
Very frustrating, however...
there was a simple A to Z claim you can make on Amazon as they did not send the item tracked.
Full refund made, didn't need to deal with the seller again. Just can't do it on a mobile device.

My item never showed up and customer service was dismissive.

I have opened a claim with Mastercard and purchased elsewhere.

Ink Jungle provided a speedy delivery of the inks I ordered online. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. When I asked them about returning them I was told there will be a £3.99 admin fee deducted from the refund. I replied that under the Consumer Contract Regulations I wasn't convinced they could make a deduction. Ink Jungle replied: "We are legally entitled to charge an administration fee for items that are no longer needed."
This is not correct, and within 2 minutes of my sending them the reason why it's not correct, they thanked me for bringing it to their attention and said that the fee would no longer be applied. This rather quick U-turn suggests that they knew they shouldn't charge an admin fee, but would try it on anyway.
To their credit they have refunded the full amount just as promptly as they had dealt with my order in the first place. BTW, their own Shipping & Return T&Cs are legally compliant, so maybe I had just experienced a rogue member of staff.

Absolutely awful seller if you have a problem. They're probably fine if all goes swimmingly.

We had a defective ink cartridge and when we asked for help.- being under manufactuter warranty - they refused saying it was outside their own warranty period. As we purchased via Amazon, we asked Amazon to step in and they emailed Jungle Ink twice and they just repeated the same one liner that it's outside their warranty period. In the end Amazon gave us HP's customer service number and, after a few troubleshooting checks, we were able to get the defective cartridge easily replaced directly with HP.

To sum up, I wouldn't do business with such a dismissive and unhelpful company again.

Why you sent me an empty cartridge blows my baines - doesn't look like a genuine HP either. Please explain? Becky x
