I have used Ink Jungle a few times- the service and pricing have been excellent. Great range and a real saviour during these times working from home and home schooling.

The product description was black and tri-colour on ebay. I noticed there was a shortage of black ink at the time. I placed an order through them because they were the only one said black ink was in stock. I needed a black one !! .... When I received the goods, they were both tri-colour. Sent email to them, they insisted I ordered tri-colour from the drop down menu, only I remember there wasn’t one. They even sent the screenshot of their NEW listing but that was irrelevant. After a handful of emails back and forth, they gave me the option to return the ink cartridges in original condition. Honestly, by that time I lost trust completely with them, let alone sending it back risking they’d turn round and said they didn’t receive it. I don’t want anything to do with them. They even barred me from writing review on my purchase on ebay.

Have ordered on a number of occassions from Ink Jungle via Amazon & direct from their website. Always provide a 1st Class service and VAT receipts which is essential for my line of work. Highly recommend!

This is the same VAT evading company as Office Beaver (search 'office beaver' in trustpilot and you'll see for yourself what sort out outfit this is)

My item was held in customs as Ink Jungle and Office Beaver don't declare the VAT.

My order was for £80 and the allowance is £15. I had to pay the additional and a Royal Mail surcharge to receive my goods.

This company wasn't interested in helping me when I contacted them.

Appear to make return deliberately difficult and charge £3.99 to put item back on shelf- won’t ever buy printer supplies from this company. No other return via Amazon have included extortionate charge!
