Microsoft Office 2018 Home and Business

I purchased Microsoft Office 2018 Home and Office recently and am pleased with the service I received. I did have problems installing it as I got a message saying that the key which I had been given for installation had been used too many times. In the end I had to contact Microsoft who put it through manually. Hence the 4 stars, otherwise it would have been a 5.

They sold me a fake keycode and won't respond to my requests for a refund.

UPDATE:
Seller claims this is a fake review. I only filled this out because they sent me a link to give them a review on this site! Microsoft Office 2016 Home & Business for Windows x 1 purchased 20th June. This company are liars - don't go near them!

Misleading and terrible service

The product is titled as pre-paid account however the image shows for 'New and renewal' and the product description says it will be 'genuine key'. After buying I just got an account, and could not renew my existing Microsoft account. Contacted customer service and was told just "It says pre-paid account" and then when I said it was not 100% clear I was just told "no" when I asked for either refund or the genuine key.

I contacted my credit card provider and they examined within 24 hours based on the e-mails I got and the screenshots of the product I sent. I was 100% refunded. I then have been bombarded with 'Review Questionaires" which I ignored the first one, asked on the second and third ones to 'unsubscribe' which it said it would do, this is the 4th e-mail asking for a review so here you go.

In short, not clear product descriptions (Titles don't match images or description) and they don't respect e-mail marketing.
