Very easy to use and download. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great, fast efficient service. Thank you.

Immediate email with a key and download link. Very good.

I purchased a key for MS Office 2010 recently.

The process to purchase the key was very easy, and I received the key and download link instantly via email, as the name suggests. I was a little irritated that they don't accept Paypal.

Having been lead to believe that the software keys distributed by this site are genuine and legitimate, I decided that I would rather download the installation files directly from Microsoft's website.

I pasted my newly acquired key into the relevant download page on the MS site, and they failed to recognise it.

I don't understand why the Microsoft site wouldn't recognise a genuine key, issued by themselves for resale?

I have been able to download and install MS Office 2010, using the download link to a file sharing service, but I am left wondering 'have I unwittingly purchased illegal software?'

There is another concerning factor too. Instant Software Keys invited me to review the product and service earlier too; it looked like it was going to go directly on their site. Obviously they have a mechanism in place to reject poor reviews, however factual they may be.

If someone from Instant Software Keys, or Microsoft can demonstrate beyond any doubt that what I have purchased is in fact genuine, then I will change this to a 5 star review, but until then I'm really not convinced.

Update: Thanks for the reply. I'm aware that older versions are not available from Microsoft. I deliberately chose 2010 as it is the earliest supported version. Google 'download MS Office 2010' , and you will find the link to the MS download page. I'm not allowed to share the link here.

I will be seeking advice directly from Microsoft now. If all comes back OK, I'll revise my review positively.

rubbish customer service !
this shower have ignored all phone calls and emails
do yourself a favour and shop else where

Great service. Quick and hassle free. Thanks

Have only used once since downloading, but seems to work ok. Price much better than through Microsoft. Easy process to download and set up

Very efficient service though I did worry when after payment nothing happened! So I went on the Live Chat and all was made clear that the access information was sent via email. It was easy to get the package uploaded with the code.

Misleading description. Can't be used to renew current MS Office account, only as a New User. Other websites make this very clear.
100% money back guarantee not honoured... only if it doesn't work which is your consumer rights anyway!!!
Poor communication when i pointed this out.

'Does what it says on the tin' Credit to them to be real and very well priced.

Having given my review of 5 stars, I keep being asked for a review. Stop sending me these emails for a review. How many reviews do you need.

Fast and cheap
Just perfect

Good, quick service

Charged me twice for the same product with the same product code then refused a refund.

I bought Office with 5 installations and it's working properly. Recommended.

thanks for the team for your prompt service and delivery of microsoft office.

Provided me with the wrong product, then refused to refund or provide the correct one. Eventually they just stopped responding to me. It was only when I threatened legal action did I actually get a response and eventually a refund. I'd avoid at all costs.

Excellent service, worked a treat!

Excellent service - no complaints!
