The bald manager was rude and condescending.
When I went to pay he actually said to his staff 'why would he queue at a empty till pfft' as he walked away to another till.
Unprofessional and treats the store like his own playground.

Delivery and customer service
First part of the delivery arrived Thursday afternoon, one item missing. Contacted customer service immediately, responded to within 10 minutes, confirmed last item will be delivered Friday. Excellent service, great customer service input and response. Usual ITS standard.

Such an easy process
Really simple and easy to use order and collect. Ordered an item and picked it up next day at my convinience. Guys in stores are really friendly and make it such an easy process.
