It is rare that I will review/ write about an experience I've had but given the consistently high customer service and results achieved along with solid guidance the team at James Miller deserve such a review.
Having been a client for the last 3 years and utilising a variety of of their services I cannot recommend them high enough. The communication/proactive nature and willingness of the team deserves recognition.
Special mention to Jack Webber who oversaw our recent dealings with the team, Jack diligently guided us though a new process for myself and wife and provided a detailed explanation at every step of the way and ultimately secured the deal we were looking for. We were impressed with his resourcefulness and fluid thinking along with a can do attitude.

As a first time buyer, I really appreciated the clear and concise information that Matt Jenkins and Tom Hyde provided over the year which it took for me to complete a property purchase. The mortgage rate which I was able to secure through Matt was also very competitive and I am grateful for the work Matt put into securing it. From my perspective, great value for money.
