Just Eat 

I'm not happy with just eat because I explained to them about my order been missing items and they have refused to help me in anyway and and straight away as soon as I was asking for my money back they automatically just said we can't offer a refund on this occasion and just eat have gone so bad down hill and they refuse to help customers even if they are been serious not all people do it for a scam and they need to understand that not everyone is like that and I'm not happy with their service if they don't change they need to be shut down for good in my opinion and we need services that will do a better job than them they don't help noone and when they say they follow their policy it's rubbish because they lie about that I think they are the biggest scammers just like to rob people and don't help in anyway and I'm very upset and disappointed in their customer service I personally think they need to go

Ordered Samosa chat but got aloo tikki chat. Complained to customer care and got a reply that I can only rate restaurant. Imagine ordering pizza and getting fries for same price. On top of it, I paid way more that I would normally pay for this distance on uber eats. Such a pain of a company, no wonder their ratings on trustpilot is so low.

Orderd food threw just eat, some food items were missing so reported it to just eat and got the money back in just eat credit, I didn't pay in just eat credit I payed by card, would have preferred my money back in my account not credit 🙃

Extremely poor customer service, the food didn't arrive and the helpline put me on hold for ages before answering (and then hanging up, twice!) - nearly two hours later and the food still hasn't arrived and I have to go through a whole security check to cancel it. Then they sent me an email trying to blame the restaurant for their error. Avoid.

Took 1.5 hours to deliver and order that said it’d be 20 mins, tried speaking to their “customer services” just to be cut off twice and food was cold.

Never using them again Uber east is much better.

day light robbers ... ordered a kfc... the delivery driver from just eat brought the wrong order that was a Mc Donald's and he asked for it back and said he was going to kfc to get our order then be back .. but he never came back , then we had to go through the process of reporting it to just eat what was a person on the end of the phone with a written script she was reading of .. no help what so ever don't even go out there way when there in the wrong . she just told me to wait about 4 days for just eat to do a investigation. i just had an email from them saying they not going to refund my money i spent .. thanks to the dirty thieving driver I NEVER GOT MY MEAL AND NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK ...... I'm on sick benefits what i don't get a lot of money and the kfc was a treat . ile never use just eat again and will advise friends and family to do same as just eat just take your money and give you no food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! order no: 1073964442 .

Really poor. Food like school canteen. Doesn't live up to their adverts and promises

The most awful food delivery service I have ever used in London. It was my first and last time ordering with them. I waited for my food for 45 minutes and in the end the status showed delivered whereas the food had not been delivered to me. I checked with the concierge and they confirmed that nothing had been received. I called Just Eat and stayed on calls for almost an hour on hold but was able to speak to no one. I then left them a complaint email requesting a refund but it has been over a month and I have still had no refund and no response. Order only if you want to lose your money. In fact, I think with all the other amazing elivery companies, Just Eat should really die it's own death rather than stealing other people's money.

Totally Awful, ordered two meal deals and didn’t get the chip due to just eats system not putting them on the restaurants print out. I call Just Eat number and was told chips do not come with meal with Just Eat and that I should have selected chips as side. These guys are totalidiots as these no option to order chip/fry's as a side on there system.
How does these people get jobs at Just Eat....!
Clearly dont know there own systems. I did call my local KFC who did say meal deals come with chips and a side.

Awful, ordered once and didn’t get the chip due to just eats system not putting them on the restraunts print out. Got a refund for the chips that was it!!!! Ordered again from the same place through just eat and it just never turned up

Spent 20 minutes deciding on our order only to go to check out and be told the restaurant is closed. It is 7:00 and the restaurant is open until 10. Ordered from skip the dishes instead and will never be looking back.

Okay where shall I begin! It was Friday I ordered and food never left the restaurant after 2 hours so they cancelled the order they offered me 25% off next order so on Sunday I ordered again and the food never arrived!

The Food never came, and it says enjoy your food, what a joke! the order meant come at 1pm and at 1:50pm it says enjoy with no food in front of me :-( really disappointed Just Eat and the KFC both appalling! And refund will get into my account in 10 days, seriously don't have any words to describe how disappointed I am!

I only Blame myself for trusting these people!

Beyond bad, try horrible. They say they delivered, but they didn't. So we guess the driver stole it or left it for someone else to take. The chat support is incompetent and disingenuous. The worst! Don't go near them! And don't give them a CC#, which will only mean more trouble! They spoiled an evening here for us. I guess there are bad actors everywhere, sadly also in otherwise beautiful Montréal! Caveat emptor!

Contacted just eat curry unfit for human consumption to be tol they had contacted take away who refused refund despite contents hardly touched so herees a five pound refund great not ate n down money

Unhelpful support team, delayed food from every restaurant and no compensation for time delays like 20-30 min.
The comunication it’s dreadful and they do everything they can to help them self not the customer. My last chat with Ruth #16321737 was unhelpful and the chat is the proof that she didn’t help me in no way and she didn’t answer non of my question.

never order from this website. It is fooling people on the name of service charge. when they take no responsibility for anything at all. No complaints procedure either. If you pay cash you still paying a service charge which they say not out the problem. It is taking people money fraudulently and I don't know how many people are wasting their time and money by using this website
