Restaurant took no responsability of…

Restaurant took no responsability of food delivery. Just eat chat rep promised to refund my money after 3 hours of back and forth conversation. Its been 10 days my money is not refunded, they wont take any responsability. I would never order from this place.

Just Don't Care

For the third time, driver didn't bring drinks. Company offered redund, but doesn't help with us getting drinks. They should be called "Just Don't Care" i have removed the app, won't use them again.

papas poor management.

i ordered from papas in widnes and I got my order delivered, it was freezing cold the bread on the wrap was rock hard, rang up was asked to speak the manager then got told we were lying so said we would come down show evidence and the manager turned around on the phone and said * come on then I'll be waiting outside for you* hung up, went down he looked at the wraps and asked for the garlic bread and mushrooms that we ordered aswell and said I want the rest and called me a b**ch while shouting at me and got in my face and I asked for my money back and give me 6pound back and I said will never order again from here as I walked out and got called a b**CH again! and that's from managers mouth. really think id order again. NO

the delivery guy was 30mn late with an attitude

the delivery guy was 30mn late and didn't even apologize or explained why he was so late. When we asked him about his name because we wanted to file a complain to just eat he refused to give us any information about himself (he was asian) and only gave us the name of his supervisor (an arab name). We also asked him about what time did he pick the food at the restaurant because we called the restaurant a few minutes before and they told us the order was picked up 25mn ago. (We were 10mn away from the restaurant). So the guy said he couldn't remember the exact time and his cellphone was "in his car". He was rude and not helpful. We took the cold food and were about to leave when his cellphone just started ringing awkwardly and he left very quickly before we could say anything. This was a total disrespect. This guy totally took us for idiots. Overall we waited almost 1h30 for the food to be cold, to get one missing dish from the order and having to wait another 45mn for the restaurant to deliver another one. Last but not least what really made this experience worst was the attitude of the fckn delivery guy. Never order from just eat.

If 0 stars was an option I would have

I actually have ordered from here about 10 times and the first 9 were good. I ordered my tenth and first it was half an hour late. Not teally that big of a deal but then my order was also wrong. If it had gotten fixed or a credit to my account then no problem, mistakes happen. I have spent over an hour trying to contact them about this order. I called and was told by a robot i had to go online and speak with a representative on a chat. This is where it got bad. I wait in queue to finally talk to a person. That person took 5 minutes between responses and responded to two questions and I’m in another queue. I waited until I was down to position three and then got thrown back to 22 again. I’m not sure how this can be called customer service.

Ordered my food 2 hours ago and it’s still not here. I called customer service and the lady hung up on me 4 times. I finally got ahold of the lady after her telling me 3 different names and she told me that my food was going to be at my door in 2 minuets so I called the restaurant and they told me the order was still there and even sent me a picture all in all I ordered my food at 6:40pm and it’s now 9 pm the customer service sucked and I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again.

JUSTEAT: Proof that there's honour among thieves.

I've recently been the target of full-blown (but unsuccessful) identity theft. The people who did this began their would-be spree by ordering $53.09 worth of food delivered right to their door by JUSTEAT. Nice.

When I attempted (several times) to get JUSTEAT to turn over the address - to the POLICE, JustEat flat-out stonewalled me. They stonewalled the police too.

JUSTEAT has an unconscionable, twisted set of priorities. Its ACTIONS say that it believes that there's honour among thieves - because it delivers food to their door and covers for them.

I order from Just-Eat all the time and…

I order from Just-Eat all the time and service has normally been mediocre at best, but at least food arrives. When quality of service is poor, I usually believe it's the restaurant's problem so I leave a review of the restaurant, but just recently I've found that Just-Eat is deleting the comments from my review and just leaving the stars. Surprise, surprise... it was also for a sponsored restaurant! That's not good and frankly quite shady practice!

I ordered from just-eat and overpaid

I ordered from just-eat and overpaid. I submitted a price claim and got my money back only in voucher codes. This is ridiculous. If I overpaid with my money, I want my money back in a way where I can use it anywhere, not just on their website. I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide. Not professional at all.

I ordered food at 545pm and i got a…

I ordered food at East Side Marios Wellington in London Ontario at 545pm through just eat and I got a text message at 830pm saying my order was cancelled because they made a mistake about which location was suppose to deliver to me. I asked for a credit from just eat and the best they would do is give me $5.00 off my next order and told me I still didn't get my food.

However the east side marios manager offered to give me $25.00 gift certif. even though it wasnt their problem. Still didn't get my food. VERY disappointed.

If I could rate just eat 0 stars I would. This method of delivery used to be alright but is a giant piece of crap now. Takes way to long to get an order through. Food is always cold and gross and they don’t take cash now... what the hell is that. I can’t even pay debit at the door I have to give them all My info through online ? Praying they go bankrupt and stop
Their crappy delivery service.

I would even rate them one star

I would even rate them one star, my order was disgusting and star rating was good on this site which is why I decided to go with them, I asked for a refund but they would not give it. I've been on this chat for an hour and a half and been cut off 4 times and none of them were helpful and willing to help. I will never order of just eat again. They have no idea what customer service is.

Yikes

took 30 minutes to not even get my order through. Way too many cooks in the kitchen- ended up dealing with 5 different people. First they said try ordering on my laptop, then they said my account was blocked for some reason and then a charge for the order showed up on my credit card. Won't use again.

Horror stories

Horror stories:
1. I was drinking soup from one of the restaurants and almost ate a giant green bug.

2. The food was 2 hours late and they never even gave me a discount

3. Restaurant took my money, but never delivered. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for a long time

Slow as @#$&

Ordered at 12 pm. Said estimated delivery at 1250. Didn't even pick a driver untill 100pm. Didn't arrive untill 130. Not a call or nothing to say they were late and food was cold. Not the first time this has happened to me but it will be the last. I could have drove there and gotten my food in 30 mins but it took 1.5 hrs. Pick up the pace guys

Lost order

Lost order, took forever to resolve and by then the restaurant I ordered from was closed. Refunded but no offer of even a $5 voucher for me waiting all night to end up not eating anything at all.

COMPLETE DISASTER

Used Just Eat for the first time and was completely appalled...they completely messed up my order, but constantly told me on the chat that the "driver was on his way". After 2 hours of waiting they couldn't locate my order and forced me to cancel it. COMPLETE DISASTER.

That experience was also spiced up with an extremely rude service staff, an agent who placed a phone call to the WRONG restaurant, and 3 agents telling me different things every time I called. WOW

I have difficulty understanding how they can run a company with totally untrained service staff, entirely dysfunctional operation system, and no explanation/understanding of even what happened.
