I recently went to the just cuts in silverdale and I told them I just wanted a trim since I liked my hair long. Before my hair was just above my elbow and now its just below my shoulder. they didn't listen to anything I said and just did what they wanted. my hair is naturally a little wavy and they had cut it all jagged and uneven so that the ends were curved up away from me if that makes sense. Then at the end they mixed up my payment even though there was only 2 other costumer's and tried to get us to pay twice. I literally cried after coming out I was so upset at what they did to my hair and how short it was. Please please please don't go here its not worth it.

erm what the sigma did they just give me i asked for a skullet with a rats tail and the gave me a fcked upp low taper fade, then when i got home my mum and dad told me that i was adopted. then the next day when i went to school my teacher said to go into a alley then i got raped by little three year olds who said my haircut was delicious.

After I spoke to Tamara she arranged for me to see Wipa at arndale to address my concerns
I went this morning and Wipa addressed the haircut I was very unhappy with.. Wipa took time and explained to me what she needed to do to rectify and make me happy.
I am pleased I rang Tamara and happy with the result.
I will be comfortable to go back to Just Cuts ..

I just left Just cuts at Erina. The lady Emma was wonderful, friendly and created a bit of magic changing my hair into something presentable 😂 She did a wonderful job and I feel amazing. Thankyou.

Nicole (LISMORE), did an amazing job. Gave my hair a beautiful cut! Only had less than an hour to wait for a cut and being a Sunday, was super easy and convenient. Lovely atmosphere, friendly service, very attentive and I left the salon very happy. Will definitely return.

I arrived at the desk, expecting to be greeted and checked in as usual. The stylist looked over and said “just take a seat, I will be with you shortly”. There were three stylists there and only 2 customers, so I thought they would be ready to cut my hair. (This has happened before when they were not busy). I sat in the wait area all through the two customers’ cuts, then went up to the desk, only to be told I should have checked in and there were two customers ahead of me (one arrived at this time and was shown in). I wish that stylist had done her job and checked me in as I planned to put my name down and run an errand while I waited, but when I learned that I still had to wait for another two clients, I had no choice but to leave to complete my errands in time to keep another appointment. Why have a check in policy if it is ignored like this.

Not impressed ... This particular Just cuts states on their website they close at 3pm on a Saturday. I walk in at 1pm just for a wash and blow dry, only to be told from the lady there that she is closing early at 2pm because it's quiet and it's only her on ,with 1 hair cut to go. I know it doesn't seem much but when you only get 1 day off a week and it's the closest salon to you, you'd think the service would be a little better and more compassionate. This salon was in the Gosford NSW area. Safe to say they've lost me as a client at this particular 1. And in reference I have been here multiple times in the past. It was my go to. Vent over!!

Had a lovely blow wave from Dory at Just Cuts Lynmall

I recently had my haircut at Just cuts Seven hills.It was later in the afternoon so too save time I shampoo my hair before I left home.My hair is long I asked the Hairdresser (didn't know her name) too please cut 2 inches off the length she didn't cut it by sections just straight across when I got home I could see my hair was longer on one side than the other. I won't be returning to this Just cuts again and to pay $42.00 for 5 minutes I would like too add not all of the Hairdressers are this lazy at this salon.

I had my hair cut by Susie at Noosa Civic Just Cuts.
She did a great job and was very professional and passionate about hair cutting. Her friendly manner made it an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning..

Took a photo of the cut I wanted and she just butchered it. Barely hair at the back, chopped everywhere. Full scissor happy. I’m so upset, I went to make myself feel better and walked out worse.
