Disaster….NO BROADBAND!

My broadband went off on Sunday and EE arranged to have an engineer attend on the Tuesday morning. The engineer, a guy named Andrew Tomlinson, arrived promptly at 8am. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, quickly and efficiently fixed the fault (something inside my property as well as external) Although having to have an openreach engineer attend is not great (meaning you’ve probably lost your Broadband!) I’m grateful they sent this engineer out as quickly as they did and a really nice guy he was to!

Excellence service

Engineer that came to our house, Brandon, was extremely helpful, very friendly, apologetic because he was a bit late after being held up on another job, and got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

Great Engineer!

Abdul Odushoga (Engineer) arrived this morning to investigate the fault after a call to BT yesterday. He was very professional and meticulous in his work and explained everything he was doing. I’m very happy that the issue has now been rectified. Thank you!

The engineer who called to fix our phone line,Charlie Shoesmith, was very polite and helpful. He explained what he was going to do to fix the line. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. A very stress free visit.

What a brilliant experience from Brandon Scott came down late evening to get my internet issue resolved straight away came to the door with a brilliant attitude sorted the wires outside the property and also replaced the ont as the connection was a bit loose internet speed back upto good standard able to work from home very happy with the outcome
