As a first-time buyer in my late 20s doing this all by myself, I honestly could not recommend Key Conveyancing enough. Not only did I request quotes from at least 15 other solicitors, but they were by far the most competitive price.

They were quick, efficient, and communication was perfect, especially considering I’d heard horror stories about having to constantly chase solicitors. In fact, they were more often nudging me, as I wasn’t in any rush myself.

They even worked with the sellers to accommodate my working hours when it came to collecting the keys.

My journey buying my first home was incredible: stress-free, smooth, completed before the deadline, and, what it should be, a joyous experience.

Great experience selling a house. Olivia kept me up to date at all stages of the sale, organised an indemnity required by the buyers solicitors and pushed the sale through in the desired timeline. Great experience all around.

We had a really good experience with Key conveyancing. Communication was excellent especially from Olivia who answered all my questions frequently. Due to being first time buyers the assurance we had was really helpful and made the process very smooth throughout.
